Dr. Renita T. Thompson is the Founder and Executive Consultant of College Advising and Planning Services. With more than a decade of higher education experience, Renita has helped thousands of students reach their educational goals. She has spent most of her career counseling students for highly selective educational institutions, which has equipped her with the ability to be able to advise from an insider’s perspective.  Her knowledge of the college search and application process is paramount to her success as an Independent College Consultant. Renita is dedicated and committed to designing individualized roadmaps that will empower students to make informed decisions regarding the college admission process.
