Address:
3450 Monument Road, Jacksonville, Florida, USA 32225
Description:

We believe that every young person has the potential to thrive in school, the workplace and life, regardless of their life circumstances or barriers they may face.

ABOUT THE JAXPAL TEEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The program is designed to empower teens, in grades 8th – 12th, with the social and professional skills needed to become leaders with a powerful vision for their future. Our teens run their own meetings, participate in community service projects and attend leadership workshops and conferences. JaxPAL/JSO officers oversee the program and act as mentors to the teens.

SFAPAL Youth Director’s Council
The JaxPAL Teen Leadership Program follows the State of Florida Police Athletic League (SFAPAL) Youth Director’s Council (YDC) guidelines. Teens who meet the YDC guidelines and requirements earn their spot to attend the annual State of Florida PAL Youth Director’s Conference in Walt Disney World.

OspreyPAL
JaxPAL has partnered with the University of North Florida (UNF) to provide the gift of education to deserving teens involved in the JaxPAL Teen Leadership Program. Up to four JaxPAL teens could be awarded a needs-based scholarship to UNF annually. To be eligible for the OspreyPAL program, teens must be an active member of the JaxPAL Teen Leadership Program and a junior in high school.
